I'm taking the Jan. 27 SAT exams but the college application deadline is Feb. 1. Will I still be able to apply and just leave the SAT scores section on the application blank, and let collegeboard send in my scores?

Don't you have earlier scores to send in? If not, that's all you can do I suppose. As a high scool senior, you should have taken the exam at least once before, in your junior year or fall semester senior year.
Your application will be considered incomplete until they have the scores and may not even be considered because it won't be complete until past deadline.

you should have taken the earlier exams, high school is ALL about preparing. miss one thing ad you miss everything. trust me, i know.
