Take the initiative and set limits and tell him you're not comfortable doing that yet. If he keeps doing it, he's not respecting you now, and probably won't in the future. Get rid of him if he keeps doing it.

He sounds like a player to me...I think you should ditch him, because a man should respect you. He should only be touching you when you say it's ok! And what's dutch? Like a dutch oven? lol

Why'd you allow him to touch you? Is he moving too fast? Perhaps he just wants sex.
Don't allow what you don't want to alllow...and find out more about his motives and intentions before going further with this.

you obviously feel uncomfortable with the situation, to me it sounds like hes moving way too fast, maybe get rid of him or maybe try another date and see if there is any difference then make your decision

if you like him, then whats the problem. If you want him to slow down, tell him so, and hopefully he respects your decision. Hell have some fun, but dont push yourself if you aren't ready, you dont want regrets.
