Diversity shows you that there are other ways to do things. People can learn to accept the differences and sometimes benefit from it. It helps to make life interesting and full of experiences to be had and to learn about.

Diversity keeps a culture alive. It offers new opportunities and ideas and people and thoughts and reactions and and and the list goes on. Without it a country will become stagnant and eventually die.

The U.S. is a very diverse nation and it's good that everyone doesn't look like each other.
I've watched foreign TV programs where everyone was the same color and had the same facial features...bor-ing!
