If you look at this chart (girls heights for different ages), you'll see that you are just about average height for a 14 year old. The average is 5 foot 3 inches and 50% of people are taller than this and 50% are shorter than this. At 5 foot 2 inches, the pills seem to be working fine.
The chart is an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file. You need the free adobe acrobat reader installed to see it.
Your growth seems to be on target, you're still growing and you have several more years to go.

i live with a family member who has about the exact same situation. she is 14 and 5'2 as well and also has an under active thyroid. her doctor said she will probably grow a couple more inches, after all, most people dont stop growing until they're in there early twenties. and maybe you should try shopping at old navy. they have "short" jeans that just might do the trick. anyhoo, try not to worry too much. for now, embrace your petite physique!

I am sorry to have to tell you this because I too am quite tiny even tinier then you. But pills often dont have effects on people. And no matter how much you exceirce and your diet it will not make you any taller. But dont be too out of luck it is said that some people continue to get taller or grow until there 22. If that makes you feel any better!

Yea you still have time to grow. My dad was short and then had a random growth spurt when he was like 20...and now he's 6 "2"! And even if you don't grow, dont worry about it. Look at Eva Longoria...she's only 5 "1" and she's gorgeous!

First, I am sorry for your condition, make sure you focus on being healthy first and not something as silly as height. You are only 14, you still may grow some, and if not, 5'2" is petite, doesn't that sound nice! If you do not grow, there are exercises, mainly yoga and pilates which will help you to stand taller, and they are both very good for you. Take it easy on yourself, remember, good things come in small packages!

I'm 15 and 4'10" 1/2, i know how you feel only I would LOVE to be your height! Don't worry about it if God allows you to grow taller, you will. As for the pants and hemming them, I started shopping at American Eagel because they have pants labled short, regular, or long, and I've never had to hem my pants since! Good Luck!
