Simple - Cos we gotta get back up to work tomorrow morning - in the cold wet weather and sit at desks doing mundane jobs praying for the weekend to come again!

Were you drinking last night? A hangover is the cause for my sunday depression every time, Im staying away from drink this month though, and I dont feel depressed for a change today! Maybe the anger is because you are sick of the repetative routine in your life eg working 5 days a week, going out the weekend, working 5 days a week going out the weekend... and so on. I moved to Leeds and started an art course as i was fed up of my meaningless life!

I think Sunday's are the same for everything. It's kind of a day of nothing. You're not alone because most people do sit at home on Sunday's and nothing because you basically can't do anything tonight because of probably work or school tommorrow.

I hate that. Makes ya feel like a loser.

I would suggest getting a hobby.

Right now I am doing three sports, so I'm pretty busy. It actually feels a little good rushing to do things though, because I know I am not wasting time.

I've done exactly the same as you have today. Still in my pjs too. Can't even contemplate thinking about work in 12 hours time. How many questions do you think we can answer in that time?

If it angers you and leaves you depressed then make it a point to get dressed and out of the house on Sundays. Only you can change this.

your arrogance and self pity are getting in the way of you feeling pleased about realising you have wasted a complete day on the computer.
so just change your pyjamas have a shower, and go to sleep and try not to waste any more time on the computer.
act as though you are angry about wasting time., because you had so many other wonderfull things to do.
feel gratefull that you are alive, and have feelings
the feelings seem to be overwhelming you because you have not yet expressed yourself, and moved on,forward away from the depression.
depression is the unexpressed anger. good luck

Is it because you have been happily oblivious to the real world and you know that bed time heralds the in coming day and work, and reality and all that loffing around has to stop until next Friday, keep that goal in mind. Friday heralds loffers heaven again!

You have been thinking too much, go out and think of it as a day off, not a Sunday
