I am always on the cusp of these two, & it's different for every magazine... what is my official sign?

Scorpio born on the cusp. It also depends on the year, time , and location, but as a general rule the 23rd is the day that is really confusing. Definately scorpio, but read up about being born on a "cusp"~ there will be some differences...
