Please help me. I need to Isolate the main image on several photographs to make a catalog. I don't know if I have to erase the background or cut the image and paste it somewhere else. And I don't know how to do any of them either. Thank You.

The images are accesories like scarves, gloves and jewelry, so the borders are irregular.

All I would do is to crop the picture so that only the object you want is left and then paste it where you want it. Any photo editing software will do this if you hit the 'crop' button. Download Picasa2, it is free from Google and it has the cabability of doing cropping and much more.

photoshop has a great tool for deleting parts of an image, and selecting parts of an image. If your shapes are regular, however, you could just use almost any photo editor to just crop the shape
