ok i do like 300-500 situps a day (not to over work my abs) how long hould it take me to get a really nice 6pac? i am really determined to do this what do you think? also should i break these five hundred situps into three parts a day so id be doing like 150 in the morning then in the afternoon then at night?

your doing to much also what is your diet like bad diet adn you will not see results also treat your abs like any other muscle too much work out you will not see your gains do a variety of ab exercises like crunches, ab vaccum etc.. 5 sets 20 reps every other day and take the weekend off drink lots of water and DIET WELL!

BS....500 a day, what are you? Special Forces? you are probably doing them wrong dude, proper sit ups will get you tired fast....

Maybe you're doing cruches or half sit-ups...i do a minimal ammount its doing it consistantly even if there's something better to do at the time you say no and do fitness...and also instead of a chocolate bar do fitness, because stuff like chocolate completely destroys fitness, you have to do huge ammounts just to get back the fitness after eating 1...
