I bought this FROM THE MANUFACTURER and they shipped it to me with no drivers. I call and tell them there's no drivers with it and they refer me to a website that wants me to pay an additional 70 bucks for the drivers. I'm like "screw that.."

he DCR-HC28 does not come with any software and there are no software or drivers posted for this model. No drivers are needed when using this model with Microsoft® Windows® XP or Windows Vista® operating system. The included Windows drivers should allow you to connect your model to the computer.
