Of course! My personal favorites are "Bell Bottom Blues" and "River of Tears." Absolutely amazing songs!!!

I forked out a bunch of money to see him in concert last year, and unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed. It was all jam band crap. One or two songs with his band playing incredibly well would have sufficed. He didn't play EITHER of my favorites. :(

(He's still awesome though)

You want the entire list here? Hundreds of songs? Yes, honey, he did quite a few songs after Layla, and I bought his newest, from 2006, with J.J. Cale, not a long time ago. Try "Wonderful Tonight," that will get you to the '70s.

The Derek & the Dominoes era (from which Layla came forth) is perhaps my favorite in his still-evolving career and I think it a damn shame that people are not more familiar with such greats as;
TELL THE TRUTH
WHY DOES LOVE GOT TO BE SO SAD?
PRESENCE OF THE LORD
GOT TO GET BETTER IN A LITTLE WHILE
LET IT RAIN
BOTTLE OF RED WINE
ROLL IT OVER

I can not recommend the album below strongly enough. In other words, ``If you like E.C. even just a little bit...GET IT!!''

Clapton is probably going considered one of the wonderful if not the wonderful. look into John Mayall Blues Breakers it is the place human beings like Eric Clapton of Cream and of Blind faith, Mick Taylor who replaced Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones and Mac Fleetwood all have been given began. look into those LPS bare Wires, John Mayall's Blues Breakers marketing campaign, uncooked Blues, looking back, Primal Solos, you will get to hearken to those artist interior the uncooked style and super music. each so often we forget approximately the place all of them come from. Like lots of the super bands of that factor performed with different bands or in studio.

Wonderful Tonight is one of my favorite songs by Mr. Clapton. I love it so much I had my husband play it for me at our wedding.

I am particularly fond of his ``From the Cradle'' album on which he pays homage to his blues heroes. I also saw him live on that tour. Great!

I liked everything he did, if you recall he did Tears in Heaven, in memory of his son, who fell out of the 49th floor window where they lived.
