i have this problem that when a person of the opposite sex(later referredPotOS) spoke to me or vice versa, i'll later have cold sweat and sweaty palms

When a PotOS talked/asked me a question, i will just, with my mouth agaped(not cause of amazement), i would try to not make an eye contact and stay silent, which resulting the girl to think i'm too proud

Oh yeah, i would also become very excited or happy(which cause me to be clumsy) if its a nice conversation or be terribly guilty or sulky if it leads to a quarrel

i do have one case that a PotOS hates me and still, because she thinks i like her/him caused by a rumour

is it normal for a boy going through puberty(i'm 15) or i have some fear that the incident will happen again or i'm just crazy or there something else?

and do girls feel the same way towards PotOS when they went through puberty?

Thanks so much

P/S
all of this scenario happens in person, face to fac

I think what you are going through is very normal for both guys and girls of your age. The hormones get going and then the nerves come into play. Believe me it won't always be this way. Also, the more practice you have, the easier it will become to talk to people of the opposite sex. Try to remember that they are just people like you and try to be yourself around them. Don't let stupid rumors bother you because at your age, there's something new every day for people to gossip about. Just take it easy...it will get easier with time and as you become a little more self confidant.

Yes, your reactions are normal for many people your age. And yes, girls often feel the same way. As you get more experience in talking to girls, you will feel more comfortable around them and be able to control your anxiety reaction easier. Try not to worry about it too much. Things will get better.

I think that is strange. I am a girl, and I actually feel more comfortable talking to the opposite sex. I hate the cliques and feeling of class and status when you talk to girls that are snobs. Guys accept you for whoever you are and I don't feel a shred of nervousness when talking to em. Don't really feel nervous talking to girls either. I guess it depends on who you are talking to.

All of this is happening because you're fifteen-the very worst age of your life. Like he said, relax. You'll be 27 before you know it ith hundreds of positive encounters to draw from, rather than the one negative one you keep focusing on.
