It does, yes. You could wear gloves. Or position your mouse lower than it is. I think its the fact that it doesn't a very good blood flow to it that makes it cold. Like if you put your feet up for too long. OR, you could be the first to invent a heated mouse. Its okay, you can have that idea! You can register the patent.

Yes but only when i dont have the heating up high enough. Just stick it under your armpit for a few seconds.
