some cases its happen while the smart people they knows on what thier doin but the stupid people they think only in a small side of thier idea they dont want to open it all .... why ?

The only way we can change other people is to change ourselves and how we react to them. When we change ourselves, that changes how other people react to us. We change people by our good example.

Gerald Ford was called "stupid" because he pardoned Nixon. History, as we saw last week, now calls that move "brilliant."
Lincoln was called stupid, and worse, for his conduct of the Civil War. However, he is now thought to be one of our top Presidents.
And, people called Reagan "senile" and worse... but now he's thought to be in the top tier of US Presidents.
So, the first thing that needs to happen to "stop the stupidity reaction" is to have some God-like, omniscient way of knowing what is "stupid" and what is "smart."

You cannot control how a person reacts because they react according to their individual feelings, beliefs and morals.
