In 2001 I lost my eyesight as a result of a degenerative disease process. My left eye was totally blind (no light perception) and my right eye could only detect a bright light shining directly into it, but was useless otherwise. I remained blind for nearly a year.

Through the grace of Jesus Christ I was led to the University of Wisconsin Hospitals in Madison, where in 2002 I underwent surgery on the right eye. Unbelievably, my right eye now has 20/20 vision. I have been delivered out of a world of perpetual darkness.

Praise the Lord and glorify his holy name!

Yep. I used to be a born again Christian conservative. Now I'm not. Praise be to God. I have a better understanding of God, miracles, Jesus, etc. now.

When I was a little kid- I think I was playing hide and seek and I heard my name. But no one was there. I though god was calling me.

Years later, I figured it must've been my parents or the neighborhood kids outside! XC

funny right?
