Instead of Reshef, try Dark master-Zorc and instead of Skull Archfiend, try Gold Wu-Lord of dark World. Other than that I'd say 7 out of 10.

It looks a bit on the slow side. As a first step, try pulling three of the tribute monsters for three copies of Giant Germ, and see what a difference it makes.
