I understand there is a small patch just above hes left elbow that is still him.

definitely a lot... a nose job and skin graft are the most apparent altered features. And I would also say regular botox around the eyes to get rid of crow's feet and saggy eye-bags which appear with age. He did all these because he has what is known as Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD).

omg i would'nt like to hazzard a guess way to much - why did he change the way he looked there woz nothing wrong with him in the first place but he did origanly start going white before the surgery white pigments in his skin it's called vitialgo how do i know coz i have the same thing although my skin coulour has always been white, but in white people it affects your hair to go white & my eyebrow i do have paler pigments around my eye and face so i avoid uva light as it tends to show up more its actully a health condition and its all to do with your blood cells taking a heebie jeebie lol, but i can say he must not of wanted to have patchy skin so he decided to go the whole hog with changing skin colour

I would say afar too many surgery he had. Lots of nose job as u see nose too narrow, chin/ cheek/ eyes/forehead and skin bleach lighting. hair straight, what else oxygen's chamber to live longer. What more u ask!
