Yup that's completely normal size ^_^ the world wide average is 3.5-6.2 so yes you fall between there and also like others said it will grow bigger because you are only 13 lucky you think of the possibilities =D lol

You probably haven't completed puberty. It should get a little bigger. Average erect (hard) size is between 5 and 7 inches after puberty. Some guys are an inch or so below that and some are an inch or so above and they are still completely NORMAL! It don't make any difference anyway so relax and enjoy what you have!
