Didja know that a key from a MTD lawn tractor will open any toilet paper or paper towel holder in any store?
Those locks ain't worth sh1t.

If buy stealing you mean taking it from somewhere public or someone's else's house, using it, and not returning it, well, I do that quite often. I don't think anyone would want it returned after it was used.
I've never taken copius amounts for my own place though. Just whatever I needed at the time.
My brother used to steal it from public bathrooms to cut costs, so I got him some plush two-ply stuff for Christmas.

I don't steal it, but I go through the other bathrooms in the house until I find some and then I just take it, I guess that could be a form of stealing, but then it goes missing again, so I figure someone came back to claim it.
