i listen to all types of music from all different times and yes alot of it is older than me or from when i was growing up in the 70's and 80's todays music has no substance or meaning to it

Almost everything I listen to is from before I was born. There is ALOT of music out right now that I just don't like. I think the last time I bought a "new CD"(came out that year) was in 2004.
I mostly buy records. I have been told I was born at the wrong time :)

All the time. It's so much better than the crap that is around today. Back then they played their own music and wrote their own songs. There's some great older music out there!

i used to not but now i have started listening to like the 80's and stuff around there. but it seems more enjoyable since we don't hear it a lot and it is new music to our ears.

Im 21 and I listen to stuff from the 70's and 60's. No 80's pop synthesizer crap though.
