Start of with why your writing it...

Then about family or people you started knowing as you grew up.

Then All the fantastic/hobbies or stuff you have done.

What you life has really got into such as:
"Your Job,Singing,Dancing,Sports."

Then whatever you think you have got to add.

And dont forget!
Your feelings about all these things!

I would look at examples of the biographies for well-known people in wikipedia, make a list of what information they typically include in the opening summary-paragraph and in the detail-sub-sections for each type of person (politician, movie star, etc) and in what order, then copy it. Include the same info in the same order. In the opening paragraph, emphasise all the things that make this person a truly unique individual, where they come from and their major achievements. Its the same sort of info you would get straight away if you were introduced to someone at a party - their name, where they're from, what they do, etc. It quickly gives you a good idea of who they are, so any other info makes sense and can be judged in context.

Here are one or two examples - see links :-

The last link is a guide to writing biographies for homework. Its good to learn from both examples and instructions.

About who?

I would try my best to grab the audience's attention. Here are some other ideas:

1. Start with a vivid description (like, if I were doing Elvis, I'd say..."He wore a tight, white outfit, decorated from head to toe..."
2. Begin with dialogue. (MLK Jr. - "I had a dream...")
3. Start off with an action. (WHAM! The baseball hit his head, and the batter fainted.)

Hope that helps.
