My husband was working under the car last night and antifreeze splashed him on the outside of his eyelid. He washed it really good. He said it was sore last night and feeling a little swollen. When he woke up this morning it was very swollen and red near his eyelashes. Says it does not hurt, it is just anoying and ugly. There is no head on it. How can I take care of it? Could it be a stye?

truth im not to sure if it is a stye. when you feel around the red area do you feel a little ball inside if you do then it could be a stye. having anything splashed in your face other than water is bad. if i were your husband i get it checked out quickly because i really dont know what antifreeze does to the skin. it might discolor the skin or something. make sure nothing is in his eye if so then he needs to go to the doctor

well megz what you need to do is take your husband to the doctor because this here could be very serious antifreeze is very dangerous in a way tell your husband he should go to the doctor immediately he could have a deep infection or it could just be something minor but anyways still go to the doctor before it gets worse. surf the web and see if you can get any tips or info
