like service engine and oil change? I've had those things done but the lights are still on.

The service engine light means that there's something wrong with the emissions controls on your car. You'll need a mechanic to diagnose the problem.

Without knowing the year, make, and model there's no way to tell how to reset the oil change warning light. Your owner's manual may address that. Some cars -- older BMWs for example -- need to go back to a dealer for a reset. They used to charge for the service (even though it just takes a couple of seconds) but a class-action lawsuit may have put the charges to rest.

Who ever did the repair should have re set your modulator. Go back and have them do that. And also check that your GAS CAP is as tight as it should be because depending on your vehic. that may have something to do with it. Good Luck
