Should i open a homework site for people can ask other people about homework and they answer it.Cause i know people dont feel like thinkin about they homework why they can ask some one else for the answer.

If you are asking if you should open a site where you can give each other answers so you don't have to work them out, you won't learn anything that way. You may get good grades on your homework but when its time for tests and quizzes, you are going to fail and it will be obvious that you are cheating on your homework.
The farther you get into the work, the more behind you will get and eventually you will be repeating your grade or not graduating at all. Neither of those is going to help you have a good future, and your future as an adult is going to last much longer than your school years. Do you really want to be serving hamburgers in a drive through fast food place when you are 50?
Trust me, your income will reflect that also. If you want to pay bills without having to decide whether you want to eat or pay them, study now. It will pay in the end.
A site where you could help each other understand how to find the answers would be a good thing. You would have to think to do it that way but in the long run, it would help you. It would prepare you for college and a career where you will have to know those things.
