How do I use the video input jacks on my comcast HD box?

I'm trying to hook an NES clone to the input jacks on my hd box because I'm short in input jacks. The front of the box has the input jacks, but I don't know how to access the input feed.

I believe they are disabled. Most of the jacks on those Comcast boxes are disabled. Makes one wonder why they're even there. Perhaps for future expansion.

You'll have to get a splitter box if you're out of jacks on the TV.
