If this is a desktop the CPU cooling fan has stopped working and must be replaced. If you leave the computer on without the fan working you will burn the CPU up and have to replace it (VERY EXPENSIVE!!). Shut the computer off, if you don't know how to get around the insides of your computer, take it to a reputable computer repair facility and have them repair/replace the CPU fan for you. You can do this yourself, if your comfortable with mechanical/electrical devices. Turn the computer off, unplug it, remove the access panel from the case. Ground (touch) yourself to the metal frame of the computer case. Blow out all the "dust bunnies" with canned air. Remove the heatsink/fan from on top of the CPU by CAREFULLY "unlocking" the spring lock with a flat blade non-magnetic screwdriver. Have the new heatsink/fan at the ready. You will also need a small amount of "thermal grease" for this repair. Get "Arctic Silver" thermal grease. Clean the old thermal grease off of the CPU CAREFULLY. Then place a BB sized droplet of thermal grease on the top of the CPU. Position the new fan on top of the CPU again and reconnect the "Spring lock" CAREFULLY with a flat blade non-magnetic screwdriver. Plug the fan wiring into the outlet on the motherboard near the CPU socket. Plug the computer back in and turn it on to verify that the fan works properly, if it is working, replace the access panel and your done.

What they really mean is "After you replace the fan so the computer doesn't overheat, then press F2 to continue."
There is a fan that is attached to the top of your CPU which you can see if you open the computer. That is the culprit. It can be unsnapped or unhooked (depending on brand) and replaced with a working one. The fan on the power supply is a different fan and is not monitored. Replacing it will not solve your problem.

The CPU fan sits on top of the processor it is probably disconnected or faulty. These fans are fairly cheap and easy to replace. Usually a push fit power/control connector to some pins on the motherboard.
It is doubtful you need a power supply as you have power. If there is another fault in will be in the connectors or circuit that feeds the power to the fan. This would require a electronic enginner to check out your motherboard and repair any dry joints etc.

Although they've lost,CSK is still the form team of the tournament while T20 is very unpredictable CSK has done well to win 9 out of 12,that's a commendable position. They came up against a very spirited MI yesterday who were desperate to win to keeps their hopes alive.CSK fans are very good, fans of any side make excuses when they lose not just CSK fans so I don't think its good to generalize. BQ:CSK has players like Mike Hussey,Raina,MS Dhoni,Chris Morris etc.Sir Jadeja in comparison to them all is by no means a better cricketer he may be popular but that's not the only thing people support CSK. BQ2:Iam a native TN from Mumbai but I don't support any of these two teams,my favourites are RCB and SRH.

Well, it seems pretty obvious that your cpu fan has failed. Get a new one, they only cost a couple bucks.
And you don't 'take it in to be serviced', you buy a new fan, take off the side of your case, unscrew the old fan, and screw a new fan on...why pay someone 50 bucks for something you can do in 5 minutes?

My guess would be that the fan on your processor is failing and needs to be repaired. Take it in to be serviced.
