Ohhh Skycat, you hurt me this Sunday! I can not change my mind, and worse, I remember loosing the mind I had left when I started graduate studies.
Oh dear. I no longer have a mind, and I have no idea where I may find a replacement!

yes you still have one even you cant change your mind, it even tell our that you have one because you are thinking about the pro and cons of changing your mind.
it can be the product of over thinking.
if we did not have a mind We be dead.
and if we had a very little mind we would work instantly and be very impulsive IE always changing our minds.
so yes If you can't change your mind, you still have one
