It depends, but you should see a doctor to make sure you're okay.

My sister had a Thyroid problem and she went 3 months without having a period and she wasn't pregnant.
If you were pregnant, the home pregnancy test would have shown it by now. Sometimes it takes 2-3 weeks after a missed period for it to show up but since you have been without a period for two months then you aren't pregnant. And it's just not that it hasn't been long enough for it to show on a test yet.
I would make an appointment with the doctor. Something is wrong with your body. You should get checked out right away. It's better to catch things early if it is something that needs to be taken care of.
If you are trying to get pregnant, I am sorry that it hasn't happened yet.
Go see a doctor as soon as you can. I hope everything is alright and it's nothing serious.

You can skip for months. I skipped for nearly 10 months once. I was under a lot of stress and ended up losing quite a bit of weight. Those two things are HUGE factors in not having a period.
Dont stress. You can try your OBGYN about it, but they will panic and put you on birth control because your periods MUST BE REGULATED with birth control or other hormones. I fell for that one... BIG mistake. lol.
If youre trying to get pregnant and not having your period, try putting on 5-10 pounds, working out less, and removing as many stressful things from your life as possible.
I had skipped, and long irregular periods for years until I got pregnant the first time. Something my doctor insisted I wouldnt be able to do without being on hormone therapy.

You can be missing your period due to stress. If your PG test is saying negative, then most likely you are not pregnant. I would make an appointment pronto with you GYN because there could be other reasons you are missing your period. Good luck!

Well, I'm not sure how old you are, but if you are middle aged, it could be menopause. If not, I would go to the doctor because you could have some type of hormonal problem or have a reproductive problem.
