I sure hope so and the country would be far better off if a lot more people would be getting away with not paying federal taxes.
Friend the country is 9 trillion dollars in debt and you don't get a kid to stop eating candy by giving him more.

I havent herd anything on this but some businesses are tax exempt, such as non-profit and religios organizations, maybe she has a non-profit business?
