I think you're talking about chemical explosives? Yes? HMX is one, chemists working for defence are always trying to pack more nitro groups in to organic compounds. TNT has 3. A recent cube-shaped molecule produced had 8 though I don't know if they were able to make that large scale.

Nuclear, they compare all other explosives to that. It is with out a doubt the strongest man made there is. Hope this helps.

I think that is the nuclear is one of the strongest explosives I'm not sure.
