The instructions on my freezer said a ckicken would last 6month in the freezer when I got up this morning my pet chicken was dead

I had the same problem. They don't make freezers like they used to!

I had a similar problem, except that I kept my chickens in the microwave and pushed the "chicken" button so that it would be just right for them. They didn't like it very much.
