i have tryed thongs and i don't really like them but knickers are great! i have got 3 pairs now they are so much better than boxers and breifs, i would say anyone with a small p*nis should buy knickers now!

OK now this is simple but difficult. I now wear a kilt and normally wear underwear. It is what is comfortable. Many underwear is uncomfortable, it is therefore probable that female underwear on you will be uncomfortable. The reason is obvious your legs are differently positioned and you have an incumberance where the knickers do not allow.
You NEED to be comfortable. Since wearing a kilt all the time, and I live in France, I have discovered comfort. I have spent a fortune on underwear trying to get comfortable. My determination of this is to take the dog for a walk and if they are OK then I forget them and enjoy the walk, frequently I have to take them off and go without!! I must say that frequently walking like that is preferable, but unacceptable in mixed company.
Try a kilt, get a polyviscose one they are reasonably cheap and good quality and easy to keep clean. I wish someone had told me when I was 13. Have a chat also with your parents, you may be surprised at the results. Even if its only around the house.

better is a subjective term. You should give each a try, including the suggestion of a tong.
each also has their uses.
On a daily basis I tend to use briefs instead of boxers. I always feel the boxers are about to fall off - others like the looser feeling.
And Tongs are much sexier but I don't know how they would be to wear all day.
Haven't done the knicker thing.
