Very Google-able to get lists. Here's some obvious ones: Burma, North Korea, Belarus. Shades of gray but no picnic include: Zimbabwe, Kazahkstan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Russia.

there are many totalitarian countries, regardless of it's name. cuba, china, north korea, iran, saudi arabia are all totalitarian countries. they need not have a dictator, but they all have laws which control every aspect of the population's life and actions. cuba, china and north korea are based on communist ideals. cuba and north korea are led by dictators, china by a commitee with absolute power. iran and saudi arabia are religious totalitarian regimes which is governed by religious law and which does not allow anything which is against the religious laws as set by the religious courts and the religious leaders.
