Not much of anything if something was screaming ON top of my lungs, as that would keep me from breathing. However, I would scream AT the top of my lungs if someone pulled out in right front of me if I was going 55 miles per hour down the highway and that person decided to do 20 mph after they almost brought me to a complete stop.. Yes! that makes me scream.

sorry I can't get on top of my lungs. but at the top of my lungs I may scream if a tarantula spider came within 20 feet of me
