I suspect that your clock is set to get its signal from Germany rather than the UK and has been setup for mainland europe.

Germany is on European time which is one hour before UK time.

If there is no switch, and the techniques listed on the other replies don't work.

1, wait till a few minutes before mid day (that's the real midday, not what this clock says)
2, remove the battery at EXACTLY MIDDAY (or midnight if you prefer), and then remove the glass.
3, remove the second, minute and hour hands.
4, refit the hands so that they are all pointing to 12
5, refit the glass
6, refit the battery

Otherwise return to the store as unfit for purpose.

Dont mess with the clock just take the battery out for a couple of hours then replace it it will reset itself.

I have a switch on mine in the back that I select daylight savings time and maybe it even has one for time zone setting.... heck I better go look.... Good luck..... look for a switch!!!! ( Directions)

Now that I think of it mine took a few hours to update itself after I bought it. Once again good luck

Remove & Replace the battery, & the hands should wizz round to the correct time.

You don't it will change itself and if it doesn't send it back! Watch it's probably made in Germany I've dealt with loads of them that haven't been set to GMT !
