My husband can tell the difference between sex when I'm pregnant and sex when I'm not. I can tell, as well. With me, when I'm pregnant everything is a bit snugger (yay for him!) and a bit more sensative (yay for me!). There is a noticable difference. With my last pregnancy, that difference was one of the first signs that I noticed.
Now... it is entirely possible that your husband is just very hopeful that you will be pregnant soon. For a while (until we lost a baby in August) when we knew that I was ovulating, my husband would ask if I think "it took". It's possible that your husband is just asking if you think you're going to be pregnant from the day's activities.
Whether it bothers you or not, it might be a good thing to sit down with your husband and give him a basic "birds and bees" talk. If he doesn't know how the process of conception works (not everyone does), sit down and tell him. Let him know that even if you're going to be pregnant from the day's activities, you won't know for about two weeks or so and tell him why. Talking with him about it may only bring up more questions (are you ovulating now? have you started your period yet?).
Of course, the age old, "did it take" will be thrown your way every now and then. If it bugs you and he still asks, just tell him that he'll be the second to know!
Good luck.

He's full of it. There's no way to know right after having sex. It usually takes up to 12 hours after sex for conception to happen, and then about a week for the fertilized egg to implant in the uterus and the hormones to start. After that, the only way to know is through a pregnancy test.
Your body probably did change after having sex because you were relaxed!

My husband has always known I was pregnant way before I did. He also knows when I'm about to start my period (and I don't really get pms), when I'm about to be sick, if I'm sad no matter how hard I try to hide, and all kinds of stuff like that. Some men are just really in tune or something. It's kinda creepy sometimes.

My husband knew before I did that I was pregnant with my last baby (born Sept 7, 2006) he said it was a gut feeling. Your husband could be right. After all, he is the closest person to you, so it could be he has noticed minute changes in you that you don't realize yourself.

If you were pregnant, you wouldn't be able to tell that quickly. I think he may be a bit paranoid. Early on, the only way to tell if you are pregnant is by a missed period followed by a pregnancy test. I have no clue what he could mean by your body changed.

Haha yea your husband is just pulling your leg. There is NO way to tell that soon, hell even your body doesn't know yet... the sperm still has 3 days to travel to your fallopian tube and knock you up!

How long after sex? hours or days? Maybe he has noticed something you haven't. Your body does change - your breasts may become fuller
