All these answers are good ways to cure hangovers. To prevent a hang over before you go out make sure you drink lots of water. If I know I'm going to be getting drunk in the evening I will drink tons of water through out the day. I always try to drink at least three glasses of water before I go out. You also will want to drink a glass or two of water at the end of the night. Excessive alcohol dehydrates your body which causes you to get a headache and feel like crap. Plenty of water will prevent a hangover every time. A gatorade and a double cheese burger from McDonald's are always good for the next morning if you really can't kick it.

First, try to discipline yourself to drink a glass of water every so many drinks. My friends and me try to remind each other. This keeps you from Dehydrating. Usually, I like ordering shots or drinking them at a house and have like 5 shots and a Glass of ice water to chase. So, I have a 5:1 Alcohol to water Ratio. Usually I never have a Hangover.
Always keep a Beer (1-2) or enough Liquor (Whiskey) for a couple of shots the next day. This called; "The Hair of the Dog", you drink a little of what you had the night before or a few Beers and soon you feel better. It hard to believe until you learn to do this and that first drink the next day may be hard to get down. May want to mix the Liquor with water or something so it not straight. Wait about 30 minutes and have the second. Should be able to eat (This helps take care of excess stomach acid too) and drink plenty of water without getting sick.
If, you just drink water first up, it usually get you drunk again and depending on how bad you are you may find you Throw-up the water as much as you drink it along with a lot of stomach acid.

drink as much water as you can. The hangover is caused by toxins in your liver, and as alcohol is dehydrating, your poor old liver needs to be flushed out.
If you have a headache, make a strong cup of tea or coffee, take a couple of paracetamol with some hot buttered toast, and try to get even twenty minutes of peace to allow the paracetamol to work.
Personally, I find a giant mug of tea, a king size mars bar, and a couple of neurofen will cure anything!

A hangover is caused by dehydration (and usually lack of sleep) so the best thing to do is drink lots of water and other hydrating liquids. Anything with alcohol and/or caffine will also dehydrate you, so stay away from more beer, sodas, or coffee. Gatoraide type drinks are OK, but plain water is best.

Berocca - has both C and B vitamins which are what alcohol will leech from your body. Also lots of fluids and something salty to eat to help rehydrate the body quickly. A swim is a great cure if you feel at all able too - but don't go in the sauna cos when dehydrated it can be dangerous.

Best thing is actually Pedialyte, Gatorade, Powerade, or some other electrolyte enhanced drink. Drink at least 24 ounces of it every hour for 3 hours and your hangover will be gone.
(Actually the very best thing is NOT TO DRINK THAT MUCH!)

Try taking milk thistle and artichoke tablets just before you go boozing and in the morning afterwards.
If its too late for that, plenty of fruit, especially smoothies. The Innocent daily detox smoothie is very good.
Berrocca is also very good the morning after.

Think before you drink. Alternate drinks with lemon and water.
Therefore you will drink half as much alcohol.
Only drink clear non sweet alcohol.
