how is ur bonus calculated ???
how does it work ??
what sort of bonus would u like to introduce ?
i have to introduce one at the place i work, it has to work both ways, the company and the workers both have to gain something, any sites or any information would be gratefully received.

I employ 5 drivers.the excess on the insurance for the vans that they drive is £500. If they do not have any claims for the year they get the £500.They all qualified for last years bonus.My insurance didn't go up. This gives them a reason to drive safely and the bonus is less than the increase would be if they wrote off a £35,000 vehicle.

i don't get an annual bonus, but a comission is paid once certain parameters are met. However, that doesn't happen often at all, because achiving those parameters usually depends on loads of factors which are far beyond my control, so I just regard it as no bonus, and consider myself lucky if i score one eventually.

every year on the day we were hired we recieve a 40 hour check.
