How can i tell my classmate i love her and my feeling ?

i love her and i want to marry with her in futer but i dont know she loves me or not .i am only 19 years old .

Hold on, slow down a bit. Get to know her a little bit better.
First ask her out. That will give you an idea if she is interested in you.
If a guy I had never dated just came up to me and declared his undying love I'd freak.
You never want to come on too strong. Give her a chance to explore her feelings for you.
