All shapes with 4 straight sides are called quadrilaterals
A rectangle has 2 pairs of equal sides and 4 equal angles (all 90°).
A square is a special rectangle with 4 equal sides and 4 equal angles (all 90°).
A rhombus has 4 equal sides with opposite sides parallel and opposite angles equal
So, I guess it's either a square or a rhombus

It's a rhombus if the angles aren't 90deg. or a square if they are. By definition a rhombus is a parallelogram having sides of equal length. Since the question states that the sides are equal, these are the only two possibilities.

4 Equal sides is not neccesarilly a square!! A rhombus has 4 equal sides, and a square is just a special rhombus where the angle between sides is 90 degrees!

An equilateral tetragon.
Not necessarily a square, because the angles might not be right angles.
Hope this helps, good luck!
