I use to really LOVE this store, but lately, I'd almost rather go out of my way to shop somewhere else... between the scummy bathrooms, lazy managers, and the hassle of their new credit system, I mean really, what's the point... they are running - what USE to be - a really great store, into the ground... sad shame...

~I think it's more like they are trying their best to keep their heads above water... (another Titanic?) ...
It's a shame too.
I must say, I've NEVER seen worse bathrooms!!! And the managers couldn't care less! They always seem to be on the "low-man" employees backs as well... I went in to the store the other day and was being helped by a really sweet and helpful girl (who stopped what she was doing to help me - which I really appreciated!) and - maybe five minutes later I walked back by to thank her but saw a manager barking at her instead. (Not the first time I've seeen a Target manager show their as-z... won't be the last... it's funny to me how the cashiers and other employees in the stores have more common sense, manners, and do more of the "real" work, yet the managers are the ones getting paid more - for doing nothing...
oh Lord, let me stop now.... I could go on for days about Target being run into the ground...

That's too bad. Same thing happened with Home Depot, Wal Mart, K Mart... when the powers that be change hands and the men at the top get greedy it all goes down hill. Tie for something new to fill the void for another twenty years until it too runs to the ground.

The Target closest to me is a nice store. I don't go there often because Wal-Mart and Meijer are closer.

I don't know, I have not been in there since last April, I used to love that store, too. It was so nice and reasonable.

i agree with you too. i noticed this strange phenomenon about eight months ago and have since stopped shopping there. we used to be able to depend on clean stores and friendly staff, and that is out the window now. what the h-e-double hockey sticks happened?!?!

I hope the target that is coming to my area isn't like that. We are
getting one real soon.
