People usually get sick more in the winter because in the winter it is cold and we stay indoors more and share viruses than being out side with fresh air to breathe.

The switch from extreme hot to cold sets it off the Bactria grows then all the sharing of common air, phones, and other hard surfaces with out washing of hands. We end up touching all these surfaces and then touching our eyes or something that ends up in our mouths. Gross I know but true

We lack vitamin D (that we get from the sun) because the sun goes down sooner, vitamin D is important because it boosts our immune system...so take your multivitamins especially in winter

the weather changes

not getting out
once we do go out it is a shock to our system breathing the cold air
germs stay inside . we breath them.having windows closed so the germs stay inside
not dressing properly for the cold out side
