examples of which is like when your doing something and you want to have a break within the next two hours, a ringer or a buzz would be heard, telling you that it's time for a break..i'm a very busy person and i want to have a 15 minute break every after two hours and i never thought that i was working for four hours straight. which made me fell more stressed and tired.

Yes and no, and you can also purchase software to do that too.

A computer by itself has internal alarms but those are for the computer's hardware to use, and not people.

The operating system running on the computer, usually either Linux, MAC OS or Windows, usually has one type of user usable alarm clock or alarm function available. But this is usually pretty plain vanilla OR very hard to configure and use.

To that extent, there are plenty of 3rd party programs out there designed to do just that, provide alarms that users can easily set up and use, and even define exactly how and what type of alarm it will use for you.
