As in do they poo and pee?

Hell yes! It's pretty smelly too!

They don't go often, only about as often as they eat. Mine eat about every other week, so they poop twice a month.

Interesting to note is that their pee is partially solid! It comes out in clumps of hard uric acid, with some liquid too.

Do you mean, like the urban legends of crocodile and snakes coming out of the toilet? Yes snakes, unlike crocodiles, can live in the sewer system and have, in lesser developed nations in the Amazon, come up through the toilet. I don't think it's something to realistically fear though.

Occasaionally someone finds a snake in a toilet.

Google anatomy of reptiles. See if they have all the relevant parts.

Well, they dont go to the toilet.. but they do poop. If your snake eats mice, it will be a white chalky mint looking ball, usually covered in a yellow mucus, followed by a small brown blob. The white is bones and hair.

It depends on the breed as to the frequency of urination/defecation, but yes, all snakes do... and it's not fun to clean up either.

A friend of mine had a Bull Python and he said that they only poo about once a month, five minutes later it decided to go all over my jeans. Not nice.

I doubt they actually go to the toilet........ but they have to excrete yes. Considering they don't eat too often - I wouldn't say that they have to excrete that often either.
