Right click the drive with CD in and see if computer knows there is anything loaded.

It might be your software, try downloading iTunes and run the cd off that. Failing that upload the music off the cd on to your harddrive.

if you cant get the cd to work by going to "D" drive then i would say your cd-rom drive is going to go i would sudjest getting a new cd-rom dvd-rom or cd-rw drive
