i was thinking. 3 month ago, a girl consistently tried to ask me out on Fridays to some random place. i keep saying no. i didnt like her just because she was fat or um... overweight (wasnt THAT fat, but relatively chubby). really. but i didnt say that. is this ok? she seems mad at me ever since.
btw, she wasnt stupid. but not the brightest of all in school either. just relatively smart. personality average or above.

You know I have missed out on a really nice gal because of that reason, when we first met I was just OK with her because she wasn't real attractive, but I got to know her and she became very attractive from the inside.. we dated more and more... Then I did a stupid thing I ran into a really beautiful gal and the little mind started up I dumped Jo and took on Julia even had her move in with me this gal was a 9 plus soon found out she was the most manipulative cold hearted person everything was her way, even sex was on her schedule and only if I did something for her (spent $$) after 4 months I dumped her (she moved on to someone with more $$) I realized Jo was a keeper. I went back to Jo and some other guy had taken her he saw her beauty. That was 3 years ago and I'm still single and have never found another Jo.
Your friend is hurt from your rejection. so just call her up and ask her out for coffee and see where it goes, Personally I like the soft ones just better to cuddle with REALLY!!! I have had shinny and fat and I like them cubby... extra padding.
Give everyone a chance thats how you'll find the right one

Well, I'm just feeling relieved for her. You would have destroyed her self esteem. I'm reasonably certain she wasn't even remotely fat, because your idea of fat is so wharped anyway. She can definitely do better than you, any girl could. Nothing you say can be taken seriously, you are a joke and need psychiatric help.

Of course she is going to be mad, no one likes to be turned down. Its ok that you turned her down. If thats what you are into, thats fine. There is no point in trying to fake attraction. However I think you will be missing out on alot of great people.

A persons attractiveness can change as you get to know them. But if you already know her fairly well and her personality didn't draw you in, then it was not going to change how you saw her. Nothing wrong with that. And good that you didn't tell her that.

Listen, if there is no physical attraction, then there is no physical attraction. Yes, personality counts, but what is EVERYONE'S first impression of someone? Their looks. Good or bad, physical attraction *does* matter.
Hopefully, she will stop being mad and you can be friends.

If the chemistry wasn't there then no. We all have our preference when it comes to the opposite sex. And you shouldn't fee bad just because you didn't want to go out with someone that you are not attracted to. If you did it just to please her then you would only be doing her more harm than good.

You shouldn't turn a girl down JUST because of her looks. Personality should come first. If you honestly don't like her that way, then I wouldn't feel too bad.

as long as you dont tell her thats why-you never know she might be the most awsome person and grow out of the weight
