Yes 3 hours is way too long. You should only stay in a hot bath for a maximum of 30 minutes.

It depends on how you feel, I think if it were really cold outside and you were freezing, and this made you feel better, then go for it, only you know how long you can stay in hot water. I have stayed in as long as an hour before, but then I was really tired and relaxed so I fell asleep. :)

Wrinkly crinkly pruny skin after 3 hours!!!!!!!!!
About 1 hour is good although I have been in my Jacuzzi at 102 degrees for .....hmmmmmmm...... ok but no longer than 3 hours,
ok friend!

YEAH! u r only supposed to stay in a hot tub for 20 minutes maximum.

and your skin will become all shriveled up
but in there with you 3 hrs would go by so fast it would seem like a few minutes

I would get bored after awhile.....lol, but I would say stay in as long as you want.
