I'm on Vodaphone and I picked a mobile that I got free with their twelve month contract and it's really difficult to use. Does anyone know if I can send it back and get another one for free?

OK

Straight from Vodafone

If you got your phone in the last 14days you will be able to exchange it, depending on the one you pick depends of whether you could get it free.

If you are outside of the first 14days you are stuck with that one, this is pretty standard across all networks.

If you are past month 10 of your 12 month contract you can upgrade.

It's possible but you have to pay for fees. Either the original price of the handset and or a termination fee, whichever is higher. I think. and try buying Nokia phones instead of other models. goodluck!

Most places give you at least 14 days to return the device. Cingular gives you 30.
