I've been waiting for about 3 weeks for 2 boxs to arrive in England from the east coast of the U.S. Checked on Parcel Force website and they haven't even been put into the system here yet. I know that they left over in the U.S. bout 3 weeks ago.Has anyone else had a problem with parcels being delayed?

It took nearly four weeks for a largish parcel from Connecticut to London suburbia (sent Express) to get to its destination. Posted well before Christmas, arrived first week in January. You have to bear in mind that anything from USA has to be cleared through customs, and they have been on holiday...plus the fact that things coming through Heathrow were considerably slowed up because of the fog.

I must admit I do think they have a problem - I order some stuff via amazon.co.uk to be posted by parcelforce and the goods arrived 1 week late.

I have checked the website and no problems are noticed - I would contact the company for queries.

It took approx 6 -8 weeks for products i ordered and paid for from America via a website and used parcelforce; this was back in October ,well before the holiday period etc -also when my items did arrive i had to pay an extra £8 before they would give me it/them for having to clear through customs ...so expect another little while yet and of course to have the extra dosh to pay for the customs charge/s ....which they DON,T tell you about when ordering from the U.S.A. !!!
