making a website is actualy very simple but you just need to get help first of all to start off with thats a grat question..you first have to choose a name for your site u have to google in "domain names" second u can google in "web hosting" you can choose any of the sites now for begginers i recomend going to a web site called www.piczo.com and piczo allows you to creat a site with out java script or web codes

if u r a starter go for HTML..learn it and then slowly advance to web programming platforms such as .net or php.....
html will help u get adapted to website development...
without html no website can be made!
