Often people in prestigious positions are given honorary doctorates by educational institutions. It is customary at major events (such as a College commencement) to bestow several of these each year (per school!)
Therefore anyone with a bias against a particular White House administration can track down which degrees are merely honorary and accuse all these people of possessing "fake" degrees.
However it does help hone the accuracy of your thinking to realize that someone with four Ph.D's, if 3 are honorary, has only done the ACADEMIC work for one.
(It doesn't mean that he hasn't earned the other three, only that he hasn't earned them academically.)

No, of course not. It is a fake website that's been optimized by some truth-challenged opponents of the Bush administration.
People with fake degrees can't normally get hired in normal companies. The U.S. government obviously has higher standards. It is sad that you would even believe such falsehoods. You've got to learn to be more discerning about which sources you choose to believe. Just because something is on the internet or in print doesn't mean it's true.

Probably not true. Given the level of scruitiny for holders of public office, I think it would be very unlikely that they could get that far without something like that being discovered.
Remember, anyone can create a page on the internet and post anything they like. There is very little, if any oversight.

Really, have you heard our president speak?? with or with out notes. It's the same crash and burn. im embarrased the image he portrays in America, let alone an Ivy League education.

I seriously doubt it.
If you're using, type the word "failure" and see what pops up. Biased a bit, huh?
